Directions for Use Always follow the usage instructions provided on the label. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Keep away from magnetic fields. For Colloidal Silver products, do not use a metal spoon. 3. Returns & Refunds We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 4. Shipping Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship throughout New Zealand via tracked courier.
